We hate contracts so much we don’t offer them. We’re pretty confident that you’ll love Scatter, so you can cancel your plan anytime.

Managing your Scatter DIY subscription is quick and easy. Simply visit the Scatter DIY website and click the user icon in the top left corner. This will take you to the login/sign-in page, where you can either use the shop feature or enter the same email address used at purchase.

After entering your email, you’ll receive a PIN by email. Enter that PIN when prompted, and you’ll be taken directly into your account. From there, you’ll be able to view your orders, profile, and customer portal login.

Click the Customer Portal Login tab to access the View Subscription feature. From this page, you can fully view and modify all aspects of your subscription.

Once an order has shipped or is in transit, cancellation options are limited. If you no longer need the kit, we can provide a return label so you can send it back once it arrives.

After the kit has been returned, we’ll issue a full refund. Please note that we’re only able to refund shipped orders once the kit has been returned to us.

Your safety is our priority, which is why we’ve taken extra steps to develop a contactless channel that ensures you handle your pesky pest problems without having to handle powerful formulas. Make sure to wear the provided gloves when mixing and treating your home, and to round out your outfit we recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt and long pants when applying Scatter. For any specific safety questions, refer to the safety instructions provided with the product.

Our small solution packs a big punch. There should be enough concentrate in each bottle to be mixed with one gallon of water and treat up to 5,000 square feet.

Scatter won’t damage your household trees, bushes or plants. However, you can’t apply Scatter to fruits, vegetables or edible plants. Make sure you avoid applying Scatter to any flowering plant, too. We’re committed to protecting our pollinating bees by providing ethical guidelines to our DIYers.

We’re confident that by treating your exterior with Scatter your pest problems will become a distant memory. However, we understand there are rare cases where an interior application is necessary. Before treating indoors, please review our indoor treatment instructions and carefully read the product labels to ensure a safe and effective application.
