Returns accepted: If your Scatter kit is unused and you wish to return it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back and refund the price of the kit.

If we have exhausted all efforts and the job is not solved, Scatter may offer a refund at their discretion.
After 30 days on one-time purchases, we no longer guarantee the efficacy of Scatter or offer refunds. If you’d like a longer guarantee period, consider a Scatter subscription which guarantees efficacy throughout the subscription.
Scatter subscriptions come with a satisfaction guarantee. We understand that no pest control product can be 100% effective and that methodology, equipment, and knowledge play a huge role. If Scatter is not making a substantial difference in the number of pests inside your home, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have exhausted all efforts and the job is not solved, Scatter may offer a refund at their discretion. While we’ve worked hard to provide the best possible DIY pest control solution, we know there are problems that may require equipment and resources beyond what we can send in the mail. If you have an extra buggy situation, contact our customer service team and we’ll provide our professional opinion.
